    This high intensity class, using no equipment, will have you amazed at how much fun and benefit you can get out of a class made up entirely of only using your bodyweight as resistance.

     

    The flow and programming of this class is what drives the intensity so high. It is very different to what we currently offer and will be a good class for those of you who like variety.

     

    The class is suitable for all fitness levels, will be enjoyed and is beneficial for both beginners and gym junkies! 

  • Boxing

    Time 7:30 - 8:00

    Develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills; an all over cardio and strength training workout, it helps improve endurance, co-ordination and stamina.

    Allowing you to develop superior upper body strength, core strength, quickness and agility, cardiovascular fitness and improved posture all at the same time, boxing classes is great for all ages and fitness levels.

    Boxing is also great for stress relief. You'll also get an intense workout while improving your core strength at the same time.

    We recommend that you bring your own boxing gloves. You can purchase our boxing gloves on our reception desk for $20. Alternatively you can purchase a pair of 'inners' from recerption for $3.

    A cross training workout written on our XT Chalkboard for you to complete under the supervision of a trainer. Record your result on the chalkboard so you can share, compare and compete with other members for the ultimate bragging rights in the Zone.

Suitable for people who are focused on increasing fat loss and lean muscle toning.

    Want to learn how to perform a Snatch, Jerk, Clean and L-Sit pull up?

    This class is for you!

    Set up to be progressive throughout 4 x 3 month cycles you will perform regressions of these big 4 lifts to build and increase your base of strength so that you can competently perform a snatch, clean, jerk and L-Sit Pull Up in phase 4 which will be in October, November and December.

    We will need your patience as we work your through the initial 3 build up cycles before attempting any of the lifts as we need to ensure that all members have a solid base of strength and mobility necessary to perform these advanced olympic and gymnsatics exercises.

This variety is a fantastic way to keep your body guessing and forcing it to grow fitter and stronger through many different exercises.

    This format is an amazing way to develop strength, power, agility, coordination and mobility while buring body fat and learning new skills.

    This class is not for beginners, so please try the other versions of XT first!

    XT Wilcard is a barbell circuit where the instructor gets to choose the exercises on the day. This ensures complete variety and enjoyment, as no 2 workouts are ever the same. This variety is a fantastic way to keep your body guessing and forcing it to grow fitter and stronger through many different exercises.

    This format is an amazing way to develop strength, power, agility, coordination and mobility while buring body fat and learning new skills.

    This class is not for beginners, so please try the other versions of XT first!

    Want to learn how to perform a Snatch, Jerk, Clean and L-Sit pull up?

    This class is for you!

    Set up to be progressive throughout 4 x 3 month cycles you will perform regressions of these big 4 lifts to build and increase your base of strength so that you can competently perform a snatch, clean, jerk and L-Sit Pull Up in phase 4 which will be in October, November and December.

    We will need your patience as we work your through the initial 3 build up cycles before attempting any of the lifts as we need to ensure that all members have a solid base of strength and mobility necessary to perform these advanced olympic and gymnsatics exercises.
